St. Charles Community College is committed to promoting gender equity and providing an environment free from discrimination and harassment on the basis of sex. SCC provides many resources to students, faculty and staff to address concerns relating to discrimination or harassment on the basis of sex, which includes sexual misconduct.

Board Policy Statement

The College prohibits any actions of sexual harassment by students, employees, or visitors. The College adheres to 第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Title VII of the Civil 权利 Act, Jeanne Clery法案, and similar laws and regulations and takes appropriate action to address concerns of sexual harassment in a fair and timely manner.
